Session flexibility
​I am not interested in locking people into committing to loads of sessions they might not need hence my pay as you go model.
If this is not your first visit here and are still thinking about it then know you have nothing to lose by having a free 30 minute call/video or meeting.
Furthermore, if you do end up engaging in coaching (whether one session or a small package) you can achieve the required results if you put the work in.
You are not the first person in your current situation and you will not be the last. It is what you do next that counts.
Why Engage in Coaching?
Modern life throws many curveballs at us and the working world especially so.
Every year there are fresh challenges, personal, political, but also corporate ones including the challenges of AI, evolving skillset needs and the need to recalibrate what you want out of your work.
Almost everyone wants to get across to the next stage, whatever that may be, but mentioning it to family, friends and colleagues is not always a safe or viable option to discuss honestly.
To discuss matters frankly and unambiguously with a career coach is the best way to tackle the work issues that keep you up at night.
Every person deserves a space to talk about their issues in a confidential space and I take pride in offering help to those who need it.
Whatever reason brought you here today, I believe it is in some way fixable or resolvable to help you get to the next stepping stone.
Just because your career is not listed here does not mean I cannot help you.
I am an advocate for the rights of the worker in an age where the paradigm has shifted.
I also work with graduates and young people, who are most often the ones in need of someone to consult with.
I offer a different perspective to those who claim to specialise in a particular sector particularly it is a career change you are looking for.
